Third, import notes: 

1, recycled pulp such as non-standard, easy sampling and testing is defined as solid waste, and need to be strictly screened before import; 

2, before importing the need for slagging, screening and other purification measures, and then concentrated plus steam treatment (such as thermal dispersion), and finally in the high temperature drying process and other processing;
