First, what is special equipment?
According to the “People's Republic of China Special Equipment Safety Law”, special equipment refers to equipment with greater danger to the safety of persons and property, and the implementation of catalog management. It is mainly divided into two categories: pressurized equipment and electromechanical equipment. Pressurized equipment includes boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping, etc.
Electromechanical equipment including elevators, cranes, passenger ropeways, large amusement rides, field (plant) within the special purpose vehicles and so on.
Second, the import of special equipment declaration points
1. The necessary certificates
Type test certificate of special equipment": applicable to pressure piping, elevators and other equipment, networking verification is required.
Special Equipment Manufacturing License": applicable to boilers, pressure vessels, the verification process is similar to the former.
2. Fill in the attributes of goods
Special equipment: fill in “39 - special equipment”.
Non-special equipment: fill in “40 - non-special equipment”.
3. Special reminders
Old electromechanical equipment: some old special equipment is prohibited from import, need to be confirmed in advance.
Non-road mobile machinery: Emission compliance inspection report is required.
