    - Overall import growth: In the first 10 months of 2024, China's mineral imports amounted to 226.487 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 16.8% .

    - Situation of major mineral products: the import volume of crude oil, LNG and iron ore all achieved growth. Among them, crude oil imports from January to October amounted to 473.23 million tons, up 14.5% year-on-year; LNG imports amounted to 56.3 million tons, up 11.6% year-on-year; iron ore imports amounted to 976.04 million tons, up 6.5% year-on-year.

    - Main import sources: crude oil is mainly imported from Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, etc.; LNG is mainly imported from Australia, Qatar, Malaysia, etc.; iron ore is mainly imported from Australia, Brazil, South Africa, etc..
